International Golf Tournament in Sabah

KOTA KINABALU: The Malaysia Inland Revenue Board’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Datuk Sabin bin Samitah led the board’s senior officials paid a courtesy call on the Chief Minister Datuk Seri Panglima Musa Haji Aman at the Chief Minister’s official residence, Sri Gaya in Kota Kinabalu, today.

Others in the group were the State director of the Inland Revenue Board, Dr Satimin Muhalip, the Kota Kinabalu’s branch director, Suhaili Sudin, the director of Investigation, Ag. Damit bin Awang, the director of Communication, Norhanadia Samsudin and Special officer to the CEO, Mohd. Sauqi Ishak.

Meanwhile, the Malaysia Golf Association would be holding an international golf tournament in Sabah.

Its president, Senator Admiral (retired) Tan Sri Mohd. Anwar Haji Mohd. Nor said the Malaysia Amateur Open Golf Tournament would be held sometimes in May, this year.

About 18 countries are expected to participate at the tournament.

Also present at the courtesy call were Minister of Youth and Sports, Datuk Haji Tawfiq Abu Bakar Titingan and senior officials of the association.
